Our situation wasn't ideal in the Seattle market, as our offer had to be contingent. BK's negotiation skills helped us to get our first offer accepted; we were ecstatic. Shortly thereafter, we accepted a full price offer on our then existing residence. BK was accommodating and went the extra mile every step of the way. We will definitely be using BK for our next move.

Our home was listed and sold in a weekend for more than asking price, which I attribute to a rock solid plan designed to achieve that outcome. They handled the rest of the process like pros and made it very easy. I wouldn't use anyone else.
